He kept us updated from start to finish. He answered any questions we had & he’s very understanding. We needed to sell our home immediately & that’s exactly what he did & he gave us what we were asking for it. It was quick. Took around 3 weeks and we closed on the house. We got our money the same day. I would recommend Grant to anyone. It was not stressful at all. If you need to sell a house quickly then he’s the man to call!!

Grant is dependable, honest and hard working. He also is a man of his word. I know of many instances where Grant was able to help several clients that were on the verge of losing their home. As well as situations he has provided to heirs that found themselves with a property they did not have the time or money to invest in. Grant is awesome! I have contacted him a few different times looking for available homes, and he has always been more than helpful! He truly goes above and beyond to answer all questions, and has been super knowledgeable in answering questions about my home buying needs.

My husband, Don, and I sold a shop building where Don had tools stored and Grant took care of all the details. When I say all the details, I mean ALL the details! He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and timely. The whole process was very easy. My husband was very ill at the time, in fact he passed away 3 days after closing, and Grant was very patient with us while we were getting all the tools out. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother sell and closing. I will definitely be working with him again in the future!

Working with We Are Home Buyers was fast and seamless. I want to especially thank Wayne for the communication prompt and efficient to the transaction. He answered all my questions quickly, whether it was by phone or email. This house has been completely remodeled to include a brand new luxury kitchen with a large island that features quartz countertops, LG stainless steel appliances and white shaker cabinets. As you walk through the house you will see all new beautiful luxury plank flooring, fresh paint, all new black light fixtures and two upgraded bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a nice size for a king size bed with a walk-in closet. With brand new air conditioning system, water heater, and freshly painted garage floor and a fenced back yard. I mean this company didn’t hold back on the luxury and comfort. All I have to do is move in and decorate. I am a happy camper. Whatever you buying or selling I highly recommend!

We are Home Buyers came to my house because I wanted to sell my house. It had lots of black mold. Grant and I tried to find a place for me to live; but we could not because of my government help and insurance.

I just didn’t know what to do nor did he. So Grant decided he would fix my house for free with community help.

So he got some donations, labor, and some materials donated for free. There were at least 20 sponsors, people or companies. And when there was no one to help or no money Grant donated it himself.

You see Grant is a “90 to nothing” kinda guy! He’s extremely work oriented and highly functioning and so, so busy. He is very efficient and gets lots of work done quickly. Hence, “90 to Nothing” kinda guy!

People donated a new HVAC, complete installation, lighting, a new ceiling fan, new sinks, faucets, counter top, cabinets, commodes, vanities, mirrors, extensive floor repair, painted all inside house, 4 dumpsters removal of house contents, total and beautiful flooring, mold removal and more.

Grant has done a great job making a dejunked, clean, beautiful house! Grant is a ‘precious’ man who loves to give and help out. He sure did help me!

He is talking about doing another house in a year for someone needy, maybe elderly or helpless!

My name is Beth Palmour and my mother recently passed in August of 2021. I was given the honor of being the executor of the estate for my parents. Worked with Grant on selling my older home to We Are Home Buyers. He bought the home as is after some storm damage. He had his guys come in and look the home over numerous times and came back with a very solid offer to purchase as is. Grant was very responsive to all calls/text/emails. Grant with We Are Home Buyers helped me get a deal done when I was upside down and behind on payments, and foreclosure was on the table. A normal cash offer wasn’t going to work. I had already talked to multiple other cash buyers and none of them could make anything happen.
